Spend an exhilarating afternoon either big game fishing on a private boat on the southern-west coast of Mauritius (weather permitting), or visiting the local food markets of vibrant Port Louis, procuring the freshest ingredients for your dinner with the Executive Chef who will be preparing it especially for you. The award-winning Head Sommelier, Vikram Sundhoo, will craft a distinct wine tasting to enjoy before sitting at the Chef’s table for a bespoke dinner using the ingredients of the day complete with an expert wine pairing.

What's included?

1500 euro with tax/1304 without tax per couple, per stay in an Ocean View Room includes either big game fishing or a visit to the local markets (weather permitting) with the Executive Chef, wine tasting with sommelier, round-trip transportation, and dinner at the Chef’s table with wine pairing. Cancellations must be made by 6 pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
