TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions applicable to all packages:

Offer valid only at the indicated St. Regis property for the dates indicated.

Advance reservations are required and may be made by calling the contact listed in the event details and asking for the indicated package. Complete details of each package are available when you call the contact listed.

Packages may be fully prepaid and non-cancellable. Please ask about the cancellation policy when you make your reservation.

If applicable, each package is for the number of nights indicated, and unless otherwise stated, all package amenities are per room, per stay.

Additional nights may be purchased at available rates.

Prices quoted do not include additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed or state/local taxes.

A limited number of packages may be available and blackout dates may apply.

Each package must be accepted as described by St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and no substitution or refund may be made, except by St. Regis Hotels & Resorts if for any reason any portion of a package becomes unavailable.

Tickets to any event obtained through a package may not be re-sold.

Celebrities participating in a live experience may reschedule for any or no reason, including without limitation, illness, injury, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or other obligations.

If any part of a live experience becomes unavailable for any or no reason, we shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make commercially reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value for all or part of the live experience, including, without limitation, the right to substitute a celebrity if the planned celebrity is unable to participate.

All determinations will be made by us in our sole discretion.

All live experiences are subject to the terms of any event that is part of the live experience. For example, if the live experience includes attendance at a show, guest must abide by the restrictions that pertain to the show, such as restrictions on recording and photography. Live experiences may also be subject to execution by the participants of a full release of liability.

No money, credit, or other compensation will be given for any cancellations, alterations or any unused portion of a package, whether caused by the guest, the venue for an event or the event talent.

Not responsible for typographical errors.

Starwood reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
